Business Navigator Outreach Program Manager
Dylan specializes in business development, project management and strategic communication. His previous co-workers would describe him as being inquisitive and driven, yet easy-going. He has a strong passion for helping others to meet their own goals. Dylan attributes his success in achieving better business outcomes to simply asking the right questions. Gathering the additional perspective by asking more questions allows organizations to shift focus towards the most important metrics and produce measurable outcomes.
Nothing is more satisfying to Dylan than solving complex problems in a collaborative environment. It can be difficult to understand how our actions impact one another. Dylan relies on his background in organizational communication & leadership to gather quality feedback from all parties involved, identify key data points, generate possible solutions and provide strategic direction for individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations.
Much of his time during off-hours is spent with his wife and children, but on the rare occasion he is not neck-deep in projects around the house, changing diapers, or family activities there are many different hobbies and activities he enjoys. This includes various church events, mountain biking, video games, travel, rec sports, simulation racing, actual racing, disc golf and more. Dylan believes that in today’s day and age, it is important for individuals to get outside of their comfort zone and put in the extra effort to connect with others. He believes people have a lot more in common than they realize, and when we take the initiative to try new things, learn a new skill, or simply get to know their neighbors on a deeper level, it can greatly improve the overall sense of community.
